Your personal assistant, always available.

Lew is there whenever you message him, day or night. Ask him to find that email, reply to Sarah, move Thursday’s call or look up someone’s number. He works in your Gmail or Outlook and your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar, and every email waits for your tap.

On the web, Telegram and Slack, by text and by email, with the iPhone and Android app coming soon. One conversation, wherever you message him.

Always available

Early morning, late at night, on weekends. Lew answers in seconds, every time.

Personal to you

Your inbox, your calendar, your way of writing. He works for you, not a team.

In your pocket

Your phone’s browser or the apps you already use: Telegram, Slack, a text, an email. The iPhone and Android app is coming soon.

What Lew does

One conversation for the jobs that eat your day.

Schedule it

Your calendar, without the back-and-forth.

Ask what’s on, check when you’re free, and have Lew add, move or cancel your own events. He sees your team and company calendars too, and never invites anyone or changes an event other people are on.

Lew
You
What does Thursday look like?
LewAPP
Team standup at 9:30, then lunch with Priya at 12:30 and the dentist at 3. The company all-hands is at 4:30.
You
Move the dentist to Friday morning
LewAPP
Done: dentist moved to Friday, 9:00–10:00am. Your Friday morning was free.
Find it

Ask, instead of searching.

Flight times and when to leave for the airport, a contract from March, the address someone sent last week. Ask in your own words; Lew reads your inbox and answers with what matters, not a list of results.

Lew
You
When does my flight to Lisbon leave?
LewAPP
Saturday at 6:40pm from JFK, TAP 210, seat 14A. The confirmation came on Oct 2.
You
When should I leave for the airport?
LewAPP
Around 4:00pm. It’s about 50 minutes to JFK on a Saturday afternoon, and that leaves time for bag drop and security.
Reply to it

Drafts in your voice. You tap Send.

Say what you want to say; Lew finds the details in your inbox and writes the reply the way you would, from the right account, in the right thread. Ask for changes in plain words. Nothing is sent until you tap Send.

Handle work email

Business replies, without the blank page.

Tell Lew where you landed, and he drafts the reply with the specifics from the thread: names, dates, numbers. You stay in control of every word before it goes.

Reply to Joe’s proposal. Yes to the pilot, but we need to start in November

Joe Martinez sent the Acme pilot proposal on Tuesday: 6 weeks starting October 20, $12,000. Here’s a reply from your work account:

Draft to Joe Martinez
Hi Joe, thanks for the proposal. We’d like to go ahead with the pilot. The scope and budget work for us. Could we start in early November instead of October 20?

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is Lew?

A personal assistant you chat with, available around the clock. He works in your email (Gmail or Outlook), your calendar (Google, Outlook or iCloud) and your contacts: finding what you need, drafting replies for you to send, and checking, adding or moving your events, at your request.

Where do I chat with Lew?

At app.asklew.com in any browser (the iPhone and Android app is coming soon), on Telegram, in Slack, by email, or by text message (SMS, on the Personal and Pro plans). It’s one conversation: start in one place and carry on in another.

Can I forward Lew an email?

Yes. Forward it to lew@in.asklew.com from the address you sign in with (or an email account you connected), with a line on what to say, like “say yes, Thursday works”. Lew saves a reply in that email’s own thread in your Gmail or Outlook drafts and emails you back. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Does Lew send emails on my behalf?

Only when you tap Send. Lew prepares the draft and shows it to you, and asks you to confirm; nothing leaves your account without your approval. You can also edit it in your email or discard it.

How long is it free?

For the whole early-access period, with no card needed. We will tell you at least 30 days before paid plans start, and you can choose a plan or leave then.

What if I use Lew a lot?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and Settings shows how much of it you have used. Lew tells you in the chat when you are getting close; when it runs out, you can upgrade or wait for it to renew. We never charge for extra usage without asking you first.

Is my email used to train AI models?

No. Your data is used only to carry out your requests, and never to train AI models.

Can I disconnect or delete everything?

Yes. Disconnect any connected account at any time, and delete your Lew account from Settings. Deletion removes your data for good.

Hand off the busywork.

Free during early access. Set up in two minutes.
